A great day at the Berry markets today. Thank you to Lee, Kaelene, Liz and Michael and Robyn for your efforts, well done team. This is the last Berry Markets for the team. Next markets for us are the Kiama markets in 2 weeks time and then the Nowra markets the last weekend of May, this will be our last markets before we depart for Broome. Under 40 days team, 39 as of today before we depart for Broome.

The Fight for Cancer Figt team will be at the Berry markets 6 May 12. This will be our last Berry markets before we depart for Broome.

The Flight for Cancer Fight team had a great day at the Kiama markets, great support from the public.

The Flight for Cancer Fight team had 2 great days at the Mall, Nowra. The public were great and the support was outstanding.

We are in the Junction Street Mall tomorrow and Saturday with a display.

Had a great weekend at Relay for Life.

We started to set up Friday afternoon, 3 x tents. We arrived back at 0730 on Saturday morning and finished setting up with a raffle and selling Relay for Life gear. The event was for 25 hours due to the end of day light saving finishing on  Sunday morning. The opening ceremony was opened by 2 young kids that had survived cancer then survivors and carers did a walk around the showground to start the event off. Local and Federal members also spoke before the start.

Over all a great weekend was enjoyed by all the team members.

The "Flight for Cancer Fight" 2012 team will be involved with Relay for Life at the Nowra Showground 31 Mar - 1 Apr 12. Come and meet the team.

The team is at the Nowra markets this Sunday 25 Mar 12. Will have our raffles, guessing competition, selling Robyns recipe book and Michaels photo card packs. Will also have a rememberance book that we invite people to write something about family or friends that have passed away from cancer. On the 3 Jun 12 we are holding a memorial service, Balloon release and BBQ for all friends, family and sponsors. The balloons will have the writing from the rememberance book, we will also do this in Broome.

Like to thank Ray and Pauline in organizing the team hats. Barmah Hats are made in Australia (Vic), all team members will have a hat to protect them whilst in the top end of Australia during the trip Jun / Jul 12.

The Earrings will be raffled from now till we arrive in Broome, drawn in Broome.

Had a great day at the Nowra Markets. Lee, Tracey, Liz and myself had a awesome and funny time. I would like to thank the girls for doing a great job for the team.

Whilst at Ackroyds Opals the other day I met Scott McKinley from Canada. Scott donated some money to our event, thank you Scott from the FFCF team.

This will be the first activity for the Flight for Cancer Fight team for 2012. We will have a Microlight set up with raffles, guessing competition. We will also have for sale Robyns recipe book and Michaels photo card packs. We have a Rememberance book donated by Kerrie for people to place in names of family or friends that have passed away from cancer, a message can be writen as well. Before we depart for Broome on our three and a half trip we will hold a church service, balloon release and BBQ for family, friends and sponsors of this event. We will also have a balloon release in Broome WA.
